- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Roxanne (the receptionist) was very friendly during my first visit at the new Port Hope Walk-In. She had a smile on her face, made some light conversation and was generally interested in why I had come in today. Every interaction with her was pleasant. It's not usually what I get when I visit a hospital or a walk-in clinic, so thank you Roxanne for creating that wonderful experience. I did not give 5 stars completely because with regards to the walk-in (like most walk-ins) you will be waiting a long time. I think I waited for a good hour and a half but I didn't feel rushed when I saw the doctor. If you go to Port Hope Walk-In, expect a long wait, so bring a book or something with you.
